Commercial Appraisals are quoted on an individual basis and typically range between $1,500 to $3,500 to $5,000 and higher depending upon the complexity of the assignment and type of report required.

All appraisals ordered by "Consumers" MUST be paid for at the time of inspection or pre-paid online. Payments at the time of inspection can include personal check, money order or cash, or credit card. Credit card payments can ONLY be made and accepted online through PayPal.
